I have Hashimoto's and Autoimmune issues. I am sensitive to many foods, and try to eat cleanly. I started experimenting with making chocolates with only chocolate, honey, and peppermint oil. Then I experimented with other flavors. I loved making chocolates, eating them, and wanted to share them!
That name resonated with me for multiple reasons. First of all, the chocolates themselves are kind of little. Maybe medium sized, lol. Plus, I know my Mom loves various little chocolates and snacks, and it brightens her mood. She might be a little addicted too. Then when I started eating chocolate, after several years of not having chocolate, I started seeing how just a little chocolate could make me feel better, comfort me, and it was something I could really enjoy and savor and appreciate. One of the finer things in life.Â
I think sometimes these "little things" can make a big difference. Whether it's chocolate, or just doing something a little kind for someone. It doesn't have to be big to make a big impact. And you don't even need to make a big impact sometimes, little things matter too.
